DeMarr Development was founded to unite all the DeMarr companies and partners under one common goal; to bring more housing to the market with quality and care.
With aging infrastructure and outdated homes, higher density urban areas such as Northern Virginia is in constant demand for new housing. DeMarr has specialized in tear down and rebuild land development for over 30 years.
Teamwork
Success is almost entirely dependent on your team. We are grateful to have some of the best individuals in the business working with us. Each team member contributes to building successful projects in their own unique way and specialty. Without everyone working as a team, building our projects would not be possible.
Passion
We believe in having passion for the work that you do. For our projects to last as long as possible after construction, every step of the process has to be built thoughtfully to the best of our abilities. With having passion for the work that we do, this makes the process look easy. The engineering and construction work involved is very challenging but also equally rewarding when complete. To see something built that you had a part in is a great feeling of purpose and fulfillment.
Sustainability
This is a huge part of land development that is often just looked at as rules and regulations to follow. We look at building sustainably as being a responsible developer by protecting the environment. Extra care is taken to keep a minimum coverage of tree canopy and reduce post-development storm water runoff as much as possible.
